Jay has had my apartment key for 3 months, and has not responded to a total of 8 messages and voicemails. Asked him to quote out my Edmonton apartment. He picked up the key, and then ghosted. Really hoping to hear from you Jay! Need the key back seeing as you refuse to respond to any messages or phone calls. Terrible service. Astonishing for a realtor to be honest.
