He is a great doctor! Been going for 12 years. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
I have personally myself seen doctor sen in the hospital only however I would love for him to be my physician. However I see a wonderful Nurse practitioner named Helen Vickers, FNP at Pinnacle in Wilkesboro. Dr. Synn and Helen are 2 physicians in the state that actuallly believe in the benefits and use of commonly prescribed benzodiazepines for our anxiety and bi-polar mood stings. I get Rx Xanax 1mg three times a day #90 with 3 refills being seen quarterly. Take to take insurance however office visit to 175 with doctor Hele... read more
Dr. Synn is an exceptional doctor. He cares about his patients. I was under his care for five years until he relocated. I hated to see him go. He played a big part in my mental health and recovery. I know his current patients and future patients should feel blessed to have such a caring doctor.

Dr. Synn is an excellent psychiatrist who helped me through the roughest times of my life. Without his guidance, I honestly do not know whether I would still be living. He can sometimes be tough, but he loves his patients and practices good medicine. His future patients will be lucky to have him. Best wishes and much thanks to Dr. Synn as he finishes his career.
