I moved and transferred my SF policies to the Sylvan office. For my auto policies, I paid the new premium, but I had to work hard because the first estimate was twice the rate in Ohio. A few weeks later my SF agent from Ohio, called me stating that one of my cars was PAST DUE. I looked on the app and he was correct. He brought it to the attention of the Sylvan office.
