Jay gave us excellent advice and had resources to help us get ready to sell our house. He was able to answer all of our questions. We had multiple offers and sold our house in 3 days over asking. 4 weeks later we closed. I would definitely recommend Jay for your reality needs.

As a first time home buyer, Jay was exceptionally welcoming and not pushy towards the process. He wanted to know exactly what we wanted to help guide us through our home purchase. We were ready to find our home, but didn't want to rush it. We gave Jay a large territory of where we wanted to live, as we were a bit unsure of what areas were best.
