My realtor connected me with Jay when I needed to get pre-approved for a mortgage with a pretty quick turnaround to make an offer on a once-in-a-lifetime home. Jay and his team walked me through the pre-approval process quickly and efficiently to get pre-approved and then through final approval once the offer was accepted (!)!!!!. As a first time homebuyer I had a lot of questions and Jay answered them all thoroughly and helpfully. Would highly recommend Jay and his team!

I was in a jam. a previous bank had turned me down for a loan and would not give me an explanation why after I had gotten a preapproval from them. I had already signed a contract to buy a house. I decided to try someone else. I went to Yelp to find a new loan broker and I saw Jay Sondhi from US Bank on yelp. I called him and he answered the phone. We set an appointment to meet the next day. As first time home buyers, we were very nervous about the process. We weren't sure where to start, or if it was even possible. Enter Jay. Jay and his team made a nerve-wrecking process a very smooth and transparent experience. It was honestly painless, and so much less stressful working with Jay.
