I cannot recommend Jay Sondhi highly enough! As a first-time homebuyer, we had a lot of questions and concerns about the mortgage process, but Jay and his team made things much simpler. My realtor connected me with Jay when I needed to get pre-approved for a mortgage with a pretty quick turnaround to make an offer on a once-in-a-lifetime home. Jay and his team walked me through the pre-approval process quickly and efficiently to get pre-approved and then through final approval once the offer was accepted (!)!!!!. As a first time homebuyer I had a lot of questions and Jay answered them all thoroughly and helpfully. Would highly recommend Jay and his team!
