My realtor connected me with Jay when I needed to get pre-approved for a mortgage with a pretty quick turnaround to make an offer on a once-in-a-lifetime home. Jay and his team walked me through the pre-approval process quickly and efficiently to get pre-approved and then through final approval once the offer was accepted (!)!!!!. As a first time homebuyer I had a lot of questions and Jay answered them all thoroughly and helpfully. Would highly recommend Jay and his team!

I was in a jam. a previous bank had turned me down for a loan and would not give me an explanation why after I had gotten a preapproval from them. I had already signed a contract to buy a house.
