Jay Smith is wonderful doctor! He did my knee replacement 3 years ago and is helping with my other knee now! Highly recommend. A+++ service. Love the Gulfport office and staff as well. They listen and help with any questions. Love that they don't just push pain meds and actually help gwt to the root problem. We need more amazing doctors like them.
First, not related at all. I’ve had numerous interactions with NP smith and Dr. Myers. They did a complete shoulder replacement, it turned out amazing.
I wish I could say better but I was completely disappointed in my visits. Two to be exact. One where he spoke with me, changed a pain med and told me the only thing he could do was the Cadillac of all knee shots. Half the visit was him telling me I needed to go see a obgyn doc because it had been far too long...literally 10 minutes. I have a primary care Doc, thanks. 2nd visit he came in with the shots, ran out to tend to his kids. No follow up on the pain med etc. Why would I bother going back? I had the misfortune of being referred to this Nurse. I went into great detail describing my symptoms and issues to Nurse Smith. I waited for quite a long time as I could hear him in the next exam room laughing and joking around with the patient in there. When he finally made it to my room, all he talked about was his experience with that patient and what they talked about. I was rushed out of the room as quickly as possible without a chance to fully explain my problem. He gave me an unnecessary injection for pain. He wouldn... read more
