Mr. Jay Shakur is an excellent agent. He was our agent selling a condo in Orlando. Jay, as we friendly call him, was on top of every detail necessary to sell our condo. He got the offer and helped seeing it through; we sold our place in 2.5 months! And I believe was because Jay never gave up, followed through with every buyer and kept us on board at all times.
