Dr Shah on 1st visit was informative and helpful. Then down hill. Staff is incompetent. Needed FMLA and 5 times they couldn't get it right but they charge you and can't fill it out. Once he realized I didn't need surgery he was no longer interested in helping with my care. He stated "I didn't go to school to fill out paperwork "
I had a previous surgery on my right shoulder by a different provider. I was seen and treated by Dr. Shah for my left shoulder and what a world of difference. I never felt rushed from any of my appointments. He made me feel confident in the surgery and post surgery the recovery has been great. I would send my parents to Dr. Shah.
He spent maybe 5 minutes with me. Total waste of my time and money. Stay away if you know you do not need surgery. Ensure your appointment is with a Non Op.
