I rented from Jay and had a great experience. His communication was always clear and quick, and he took care of any issues right away. When a tree fell during a storm, and later when we had plumbing problems and needed a new HVAC, Jay handled everything promptly and kept me informed. Move-out instructions were simple and explained clearly, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Overall, Jay is responsive, professional, and easy to work with. I’d definitely recommend renting from him.
Do not trust this man. I rented a place out in Huger. It was long and exciting journey. As result we got a nice house in great location. But it's not all. Likewise we acquired (as a pleasant bonus) a competent and intelligent advisor/friend named Jay Satterfield who managed to build a pretty good and professional team consisting of Henry and others. Jay invested a lot of time advising on and analyzing selected houses. Time showed that his guidance was appropriate and productive. Thank you guys. We hope we can count on you in a future.
Jay is an excellent agent! He's always responsive, very knowledgeable of the area, and takes every effort to understand our needs during our home purchase. I have recommended him to friends and family and will absolutely go to Jay with our next home purchase/sale.
