***Edit ---- after Jay helped me find an apartment years ago, he also just recently helped me purchase my new home. He sent me listings every time one popped up and he's lived in Rochester a long time now, so he knows the area very well. He's the one you want to win negotiations and get your offer accepted. I really enjoyed working with Jay. I shopped for more than a year before buying and he was there every step of the way in a competitive market. He didn't care that I wasn't spending a million dollars on a home: he was responsive, I felt valued and supported, and I've already recommended him to others. I never want to move again, but if I did, I would 100% use him again.
