I was late to an appointment by 10 minutes, 15 because this suite is extremely hard to find. The building looks very different from the outside. And there is almost no directions. The owner was extremely rude and ROBBED me of all my money (it was a pre paid appointment through classpass). He refused to give me the hair blowout appointment I had booked which was for 60 mins to which I was late by 15 mins. I did not receive a phonecall informing me that this appointment is no longer going to be valid. Absolutely worst service ... read more
Jay does the best cut, color, and blow outs. Also, such a kind hearted and down to earth person on top of that! My favorite stylist hands down.
Fantastic studio! The space is incredibly welcoming and comfortable with a calming energy. Jay does incredible work and is always informative. He will give you all the tips you need to keep your hair looking great between appointments.
Best haircut ever! Jay is very knowledgeable and it shows I his results. He explains everything. He's very fast as well:)
