Jay Rodriguez is the best, so responsive to my every need. I had a complicated home refinance that included title changes with a deceased person in another country but Jay navigated these obstacles for me and got my loan through in great time and called me personally whenever i had questions.
Literally the best mortgage experience anyone can ask for. I’ve used other lenders in the past and they’ve ignored me, haven’t been knowledgeable, however with Jay and his team that is not the case. If you want the top level of service, experience and knowledge, Jay is your guy.
