It’s close to impossible to get someone on the phone. They say they are opened Mon - Fri yet are closed on Fridays??? Its a horrible patient experience to get someone on the line to schedule important appointments

11/22. I had a consult. With Jay Rhee. It was a mess finding the actual office location at the time it was not in Google maps and I had to be redirected. There was also no way to contact the Frederick office at that time. I hope things have improved. It was chilling that within 15 seconds of meeting with Dr Rhee he told me I needed surgery immediately lucky for me and my insurance. I was able to get a second opinion with the Director of neurosurgery at Johns Hopkins. Who properly told me surgery should be my last option. Jus... read more
No one ever answers phone calls or returns msg. Very poor customer service. Why doesn't this office have someone answering phone call on a daily basis? If your in need of speaking to staff at this practice call another physician. I don't recommend this office to anyone .
