We showed up on time for our scheduled appointment, only to be told by Linda that we’d have to wait for an unknown amount of time. She didn’t bother to explain or apologize, which came across as dismissive and unprofessional. On top of that, just last week our appointment was rescheduled last minute with nothing but a text message. No phone call, no proper notice. That’s unacceptable. My experience here was wonderful. Not only did they make me feel validated in my pain, but was eager to help. I was in the next day to get the surgery. Even though I was nervous, they made me feel like it was okay to feel that way but that I’m going to be okay. All the ladies in the office were outstanding and thorough. The assistants were so sweet.
