Jay has been instrumental in getting our loans approved. I first worked with him in 2021 when I was buying my first property. He was very amicable and accessible. He got my loan approved within no time. I then worked him again recently in 2024 when I was changing my primary residence, we were short on the down payment but he was able to get the loan approved and passed with just 5% down.
