My wife has MS and a fractured lower vertebrae that is being urged to have surgery immediately. She is a week past her medicine due date and sent 2 of her prescriptions in for day of appointment and the one she needed the worst dated 8 days out. That's a cruel joke and unsatisfactory. That's a mistake or a call a professional doesn't make.

If I could give this office a 0-star review, I would. Upon arrival, I specifically asked if they only provide intervention-based treatment or if they also work with long-term, ongoing issues. I made it clear that I had already been to an intervention-focused office and needed a different approach for my decade-long pelvic and spinal pain. Dr. Jay Vyas is a genuinely caring, empathetic, doctor with a tremendous bedside manner and patience. He listens to what you have to say and doesn’t make you feel rushed. His front office staff is always delightful and most of the exam room staff is as well. We just moved from Burleson to the Waco area and seriously considered making the drive back once-per-month just to continue with Dr. Vyas. I met Dr. Vyas months ago and knew from that day he would do anything and everything to heal and minimize suffering. I have been on O.R. table 19 times trying to have life again all 19 failing immediately or month or so thereafter. Dr. Vyas identified the cause of my excruciating pain. Did a "procedure" which I wheelchaired in to in total tears and distressd few hours later I was standing up straight without my cane and walking normal for first time in 13 years.
