We definitely lucked out from a google search 😂 We weren’t sure what we wanted prior to the home buying process and jay helped us with our budget and took a lot of time to help us tour houses to figure out what worked best for us. As a first time homebuyer, I don't know what we would have done without Jay! He was very attentive to our needs and wants, very knowledgable about the field of real estate, and the area of Fredericksburg in general. He was very flexible with our schedule and very patient with the search of our home. He made himself available during any part of the day and his friendly personality made buying a home so easy and rewarding for us! I would recommend Jay to anyone, and I thank him so much for all he's done for us!
We were first time home sellers and had no idea where to start. Jay was generous with his time and advice months before putting our house on the market.
