Rich Lange is without a doubt the most unprofessional and disgusting individual I have ever had to deal with in my life. He is a sad excuse of a representative to this company that could do a lot of good. Very unfortunate that Mr Odom has allotted this man the capability.
I live in one the the communities and it is beautiful, it is stated that we have an HOA, but it is solely run by Mr. Odom (no homeowners are part time f the HOA) and he uses a management company (Absolute CAM Services) which at times does business unprofessionally and lack to respect to homeowners. Also Hammock Bay Master Association Rules and Regulations are not applied equally. The Jay Odom group run the Hammock Bay HOA like dictators. No voting on new fees, they just do as they pleased as the expense of the home owners....need to have them thrown out of the HOA
