We contacted Jay Merchant builders in September to do a remodel of our lake home that had a flood. We were looking for a combination of insurance repairs and remodel upgrades. We sent the Insurance estimate to Merchant in mid-October. We just received an email from Merchant today that they would not be moving forward with our job because of the insurance pricing.
