Terrible experience selling and buying with him. Poor Communication and very unprofessional. Didn't notify me about coming to my house Multiple times. Didn't tell me about inspection date. He said he doesn't give courtesy calls. We lived in a HOA community and pay 300 annually. He had listed on every site that we pay 300 monthly. He was so sure that he couldn't change it and it wasn't affecting people buying my house. He finally ended up changing it about a week later and my house sold.
