Was the Dental Care provider able to take and develop x-rays in their office? Yes Will this Dental Care provider try to get you an appointment ASAP if you have an emergency? Absolutely Did this provider give the impression that they cared about your concerns? Yes Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Definitely Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely

Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine

Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Never, I've been going here forever and they can't even remember my name Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Not at all! They were boring and outdated Does this provider always put the customer first? Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

I was never uncomfortable Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? Yes, they lasted as long as they were supposed to Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? No, they didn't bleed excessively

Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely!

Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did this dentist practice good oral hygiene? Yes, I could tell they practiced good oral hygiene

I have been going to this dentist for over ten years. Dr Martin and his team are wonderful. There was a period of time that one of the front office staff was difficult. That was addressed a few years ago. I was able to work through it. I am one of those people who is very squimish about a dentist.I would highly recommend Dr Martin and his team.

Did this dentist answer all of your questions? No, I left confused and frustrated Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else! Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Yes, they were able to do almost nothing they originally said they could Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? No. I wasn't listened to at all! Was the waiting area spacious? Yes
