Patients are loyal to doctors because of two things: 1) His/her knowledge, education and expertise; and 2) A friendly, welcoming environment. While Dr. Jay Martin DDS has the experience, his staff leaves a lot to be desired. To say that Trish at the front desk is rude would be an understatement. Apparently, I'm not the only one with that impression as I've seen numerous complaints about her online.
