We have been with Jay Maitland for many, many years and have always been taken care of. The office is amazing and is always right on top of things. We're very pleased with deciding to stay with Jay.

Had some wind damage to the home. Got an initial denial on the claim. But, agent Jay Maitland and his assistant Alexis went to bat for me with the upper management, and secured the full replacement of the roof as opposed to a 'patch' job that the claims adjuster suggested. It took some time and effort but his staff and office got the claim covered in full. My deepest thanks to them for all of their help in getting a positive resolution for me.
