If I could give a zero for his conduct towards me I would. He has someone delete all of the honest ,low reviews. I have had a bad experience with him that I will not elaborate on.He’s a litigious person.He charged me double rent & threatened a lawsuit because BMG could not relocate the practice within 30 days. Meanwhile, he has done nothing with the office since 9/1/25, claiming he needed to move and renovate.
Jay Shah was a godsend. i have been dealing with issues and want to so many doctors.I kept giving me the run around or kept.Trying to force treatments on me that I wasn't sure or correct. he was the first one who actually took me serious and made me feel seen as a patient. THIS MAN, I REALLY DON'T WANT TO REFER TO HIM AS A DOCTOR HE'S A VERY HORRIBLE PERSON PERIOD
Highly recommend! Dr. Shah and his whole team are polite and responsive. Dr. Shah listens and never judges! The surgical centers he used are also full of caring staff who want to make you feel comfortable! I know when I am in the care of the whole team I am in great hands! Dr. Shah is fantastic, honestly you won’t regret using this team to help you!
I have been seeing Dr Shah for about a year to treat several different back issues. He and his team are top notch in a number of respects. It is very quick and easy to make an appointment and then receive the appropriate treatments. And as a clinician he is a rare find. I was recently speaking to some very highly regarded spine pain specialists and surgeons in NYC, and they all said that I was in excellent hands with Dr. Shah.
