Went in for cleaning and ended up with a route canal that seemed to never be finished. I was always in pain and he even left me with a huge spike sticking out of my mouth after his temproary fell out and he was not available to fix it. There wasn't even another doc recommended to fill in in his absence for emergencies. In changing jobs, my dental insurance has changed several times, and Dr. Marks' office manager always helped me through the mumbo jumbo of insurance jargon and helped me to choose plans good for my family. The doctor was very helpful with a very big filling that another dentist told me that I needed a crown. Dr. Marks fixed the tooth without the need for a crown, but if I ever do need a crown, he certainly will be the one I go to.
