Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them

Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Did this provider use excessive foul language? No Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time
