I visited Dr Thomas last week as a new patient. Excellent first visit! Staff is very friendly and professional. After a detailed discussion about my current teeth issues, proceeded to examine, document and take quick x-rays. Dr. Thomas followed up with a thorough discussion and examination. I have a very complex case and greatly appreciated the time Dr Thomas devoted to my examination. Everybody write down to the girls at the front desk were wonderful really really great. Doctor is super nice, and really is a great dentist. He knows what he’s doing. Dr Thomas has been my dentist since 2013. I’ve even had some restorative work done this year. His staff is always kind and cheerful, and he has always had a smile and caring attitude as well as knowing what he’s doing. I’m a former dental assistant so it was important to me to find a great dentist when I moved here years ago. I’ve been very happy with the care my family has received.
I am always greeted with a smile! They have any papers that need to be updated, ready for me on my arrival! Vickie cleans my teeth and is very pleasant and professional! Dr. Thomas checks my teeth after the cleaning and they explain each procedure! I recommend Dr. Thomas and his staff for your dental needs!
Very patient and concerned about your teeth and how they fit as well as how they look. A office visit from the staff to the dentist himself are always striving to please and on time appointments Very pleased and the specialist he sent me to for a root canal was very professional. Granbury is very lucky to have dentist with this expertise and precision of accuracy. Recommend this staff and office.
