BEWARE! In my opinion, this doctor is paid by insurance companies disguised as an "IME" doctor. Synopsis: I suffered a knee injury on my job resulting in permanent nerve damage and permanent restrictions designated by my orthopedic surgeon. As all insurance companies do, they wanted a second opinion and sent me to Dr. Jay Levin. How ironic and how convenient for the insurance company, that this doctor gave me a 10 minute physical assessment and concluded that my restrictions had nothing to do with my knee injury. Worst Doctor ever
It is going on over 20 years since I had back surgery by Dr. Levin. After a year of being against surgery and just dealing with serious pain, I got a call from his tech. She put my mind at ease about getting surgery and that Dr.Levin really wanted to help but if I waited too long my nerves would be damaged. I ended up getting the surgery and I'm glad I did. 😊 Even the incision was perfectly done, barely a scar.Will always be thankful for Dr.Levin's quality surgery and that he explained what the procedure entailed from start... read more
