Wonderful job on my shoulder replacement
The staff are great, Dr. Keener is the problem. I saw him several times in 2019 for elbow pain following a bout of bursitis. Dr. Keener marked my issue as psychosomatic. I left his office in pain and tears. The elbow pain continued and was finally diagnosed by a compassionate, ethical doctor as a trapped ulnar nerve. How Dr. Keener could miss such a simple diagnosis was beyond me, his lack of care allowed my condition to go untreated for over two years.
