Very poor customer service, and complete incompetence. Sad to say, but I recommend Lowe's or Home Depot if you want customer service. So sad, being a local business that has to compete with big box stores you think they would go out of there way to keep people happy. Never once did I receive and apology for their mistake, even from the president of the company. Seems to be they believe in the American way of not taking responsibility for their actions.
