Dr Clair was wonderful very informative and helpful with before and after care experience. The staff was great and explained every aspect of my Preoperative and Postoperative procedures.

Dr. Claire was great. The overbooking was terrible. To have to wait 1 & 1/2 hours is not acceptable. Then the big black checkout women was the rudest person to put behind the counter.
Reception was immediate and professional and later cheery when I made a funny remark about the beautifully decorated holiday pens. Intake tech wasn’t clear that this was my first visit, asking me if this visit was a follow-up. It was my first visit and so it was not a follow up. Intake tech wanted to know if I wanted to be dialated and I wanted to know if there was an extra charge for that and they said they didn’t know, but went to check.
