Jay is very knowledgeable and responded quickly to our inquiry for a water heater repair. Jay was able to swiftly identify the problem and make the necessary repair. When we required a follow up Jay was very responsive and again addressed our issue. We have previously used Jay for a water softener installation at our home and would recommend him for all plumbing needs!

Moved to the area recently and needed a water softener put in, was not used to the hard water. Jay Johnson was prompt and responsive to my request, came out and gave me a great and fair quote, so much less than the big softener companies. He was clear and communicative through the whole process, told me when the softener was delivered, and when he could be out to install it, he came promptly at our appointment time and immediately got to work.
