I have visited this store on three separate occasions, and the experience is consistently insulting. Each time, the staff—specifically two women who appeared to have no other tasks—completely ignored my presence to continue their personal conversation. To confirm this wasn't just a fluke of "bad timing," I had a young colleague walk in shortly after me. She was immediately greeted and assisted by the entire team. Young lady with blonde hair was amazing! So bubbly and helpful. She was more then happy to get the ladder and help get a hoodie down for me. Super awesome store!

Today I went to this shop. The shopkeeper lady was rude! She came straight and stared at me, look like she thought I stole something! She pretend to check stuff in front of me. Then she passed on me said "can I just pass ??" Well so many other space. Anyway she didn't ask like normally shopkeeper like how u goin or something, she was just shouted "have you check in???" Worst shopping experience!
