unfortunately, I've experienced one of the worst customer services from salesperson called Alex, I’ve been JayJays customer for years and never been this bad!!
Small store located near the food court. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The store was clean and nicely presented. They sell everyday fashion that can be dressed up or down to suit all occasions.

I had to call jay jays to try and contact just jeans fountain gate and Liam answered the phone and 10/10 was super efficient and effective!
Thank you to the lovely lady (sorry I didn't catch your name) who helped not only myself but my 13 daughter find her own style and clothing at jay jays at fountain gate today around lunch time. You made the process of shopping with a newly turned 13 yr old absolutely flawless. Even my daughter commented to me how awesome your customer service was and made it easy for her to understand sizing. Definitely coming back again. 🙂🙂
