Honestly this one star is too much for this guy. He came in to "repair" a pipe leak behind the toilet and charged 100 bucks for it. We left some paper underneath the pipe behind the toilet just to make sure it's not leaking again. But it was leaking again so we had to reschedule so he could come in again. He came one more time and left again with a leaking pipe. We asked him for a refund or re-service or something because nothing was repaired. Jay responded quickly to my request for a quote. His price was very good. His crew arrived promptly at the scheduled time. They were very courteous. They were efficient and did excellent work cutting out and replacing a leaking abs fitting. It was in a tight spot that some other plumbers didn't even want to do. When I got the final bill there was a 10% discount because the job took less time than he estimated. What other plumber does that? I needed my main water shut off valve and regulator replaced. Jay gave me a very reasonable price to repair. His repairmen we're courteous, professional and did a great job. I highly recommend them.

We suspected a hot water leak in the concrete slab of our downstairs bedroom. Two other plumbers came by to provide an estimate. The first fellow wanted to charge $475 to verify the leak location before estimating the cost of the remaining work. The second fellow wanted to bypass both hot and cold water lines throughout the entire downstairs portion of the house at a cost of $6500, sign us onto the HERO program, then add a tankless hot water system or "water efficient" toilet to the job for a total cost of $8250 over 5 years... read more
