I was a loyal client of Jay's office for years and trusted their judgment and professionalism. Unfortunately, that trust was misplaced. A change to my policy made by Jay's office was submitted, indicating that I was married when I was not. At no point was I contacted beforehand to discuss this decision or its implications. This office is incredible to work with. Ever since moving to Colorado, I worked with Crystal and the team inside of Jay Hwang's agency. While my ultimate recommendation on State Farm is very neutral, Crystal has been a ray of light, and this office has assisted my family and me with everything from very complex matters to handling very simple details.
