If there were more than 5 stars, I definitely would choose more. Jason Dodd, the sales rep was so awesome He clearly went out of his way to find a suitable car for us. Everyone at Jay Hodge,( sulphur springs,texas, ) have always been friendly and helpful. They make you feel at home.
What a great experience! I found the exact vehicle I wanted on their website, contacted them and was able to do the entire process remotely. Fast forward just one day and my new truck was delivered to my house! Sales, finance, delivery was all easy and professional! Going to recommend to friends.
Bought a new traverse 12/25, took it in for it’s 1st service in 4/26, 2 weeks later engine light came on dropped it off at Jay Hodge, from the beginning not a positive or happy to help attitude, family of 4 with only 1 car we are dependent on our vehicle, making a long story short they overfilled my car with oil on the first service, took it back twice to them, said they fixed it, yesterday engine light came on again , i’m now at a different dealership Clay Cooley in Dallas, comes highly recommended by people who i trust, 80... read more
