Scheduled a appointment 4 days ago for a 9am - 11am hvac quote. I called to verify appointment at 830am and was asked to push back appointment to 2-4pm. They just called me and wanted to push back again. Waiting all day for a company to fulfill a prescheduled appointment only to find out they won't be able to do it. Jesus can not be trusted to do what he says he will do. Save yourself the headache, find another HVAC company.

On June 20th 2016 I had Jay heating and cooling come to my house because my AC unit was not working I am a Disabled Vet . I have 2 units one for upstairs and one for down stairs he charged both one had no issues upstairs he did not troubleshoot he charged me 415 for both before asking me he left said they were working. then that same day I called him because my downstairs AC unit was not working still he came and told me my condenser unit was not working so then recommend that a condenser 24000 btv ,coil w/ TX valve needed t... read more

DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY! He is a crook, he came out to "fix" my A/C unit, changed out a bunch of parts on it, charged me a whole bunch on labor and was not fixed. He comes out again the next day because my unit is still not working, charges me again for a bunch of parts and labor. I ended up paying $800 and the unit was STILL not working. I had to call another company they said a proper technician knows how to run tests and he should have known to run a test on it and that the unit was shot and needed to be replaced.
