Did this provider show attention to detail? Kind of, but not very much Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? They were explained, but not thoroughly Did they follow up with you after your appointment? I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it. Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional

Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
