The office staff are a bunch of liars. I was told to go to a Lab that does a special test. I went there and had to pay $49 out of pocket now my insurance company will not reimburse me. The test results came back from the lab that I would have got reimbursed from. The woman at the office told me she told me I could go to quest and she did not she's lied she told me I had to go to this lab to get the test done. If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Dr. Kim was nothing short of appalling. From the moment he entered the room, it was clear that basic human decency, let alone professional bedside manner, was entirely absent. His demeanor was dismissive and condescending. He barely made eye contact, and when he did, it was with an air of utter disdain. It felt as though I was wasting his precious time simply by being there. Great office, next day visit, very nice and welcoming.
Where do I even begin? My grandmother arrived to the hospital for terrible pain caused by kidney stones at around 2 A.M. We did not see a doctor until 10:30 A.M. to inform us that a urologist will be put on to our case and to hang tight and wait to hear more. I speak with nurses periodically to see if they have any updates on treatment and which doctor would be on her case. We wait until 3:30 when I began to get fed up because she is in excruciating pain.
