I would not recommend Dr. Jay Groves’ office based on my experience. I was referred to Dr. Groves by another provider because my condition has not healed despite previous treatment. When I called to schedule, I specifically told the front desk that I wanted to see Dr. Groves himself due to the ongoing nature of my issue. I was informed that all consultations are handled by Tiffany, Dr. Groves’ nurse, and that seeing her first was required. Dr. Jay Grove is an incredibly kind, compassionate, caring, and skilled doctor. I had gallstones, and with them horribly painful gallbladder attacks. I researched doctors, and I am so very glad I found Dr. Grove! At my consultation he listened to my every concern and question, and believe me, I had MANY! Never once did I feel rushed, or that he was just "going through the motions". He told me that I needed to have surgery to remove my gallbladder, and that he would perform it laparoscopically.
