Jay helped us buy a house in Twelve Bridges in Lincoln. He was exceptional from start to finish. We were moving from a couple hours away and he was able to assist with all of our needs. I have worked with a lot of realtors, and Jay was by far the best. He is experienced and knowledgeable with the area and with houses, well-connected with local resources, and easily makes a connection with his clients to anticipate and meet their needs. I was the buyer while Jay also represented the seller, and he treated both sides friendly and efficiently. Communication was exceptional. Jay was always on the ball and incredibly responsive while working to get me into a great house! I called him several times when a house that might be worth looking at came on the market and we would be touring inside the house three hours later.
