Jay is extremely knowledgeable of the market. His experience in construction also is helpful on evaluating properties and estimating repairs. His business expertise allows him to provide spreadsheets with estimated expenses. We have known Jay for over 5 years and have bought 2 properties from him and both were great experiences. Jay goes above and beyond before, during and after the sale. We highly recommend him and will definitely use him again! We would not consider using anyone else!
