Very happy with the service provided as it helped us solve some difficult problems with our equipment.
I had called other companies and the never showed, this company came out after 5 in evening to accommodate my schedule. Thank you so much Johnny your knowledge of what you do was above and beyond I couldn't be more pleased with my service, I would recommend Johnny to anyone needing work done top notch!
When you have used Jay Dock Garage Doors in the past you're in for a big surprise! They have been bought by a company in Columbus, you'll Google them and hit call which it's a Zanesville # a friendly female answers sets an appt. But Never once tells you they are based in Columbus NOT Zanesville, then they come to assess the prob Yup you need a new door then tell you the charge is $79 WHAT you say to come from Zanesville to Philo!!!! Jay never charged a service call! Us anyway!!! Was never mentioned when you set the appt up. ... read more
