Don't use this service if you want your furniture back in your lifetime. I took a chair there in December. Was promised it would be done in January or February. Every month there was another excuse. Finally got it back on August 11th. Then they charged an extra $40 over the promised amount. To top it off, the job is only mediocre.
I burned a 2 inch hole in the middle of my couch at 4:00, called Jay Dee's at 4:20, he showed up at 5:35 (and had a minimum 45 minute drive), and the couch was fixed by 6:15! He did a fantastic job and charged a reasonable rate. I was very pleased!
