Dr Brooks was very personal and knowledgeable.
I thought my physical therapy was going to be torture. I was wrong. My therapist helped me get through it without adding too much extra pain.
He was calm, professional and knowledgeable! He put me at ease, immediately.
Supposed to of had an appointment at 9:45 they did not put me in the computer at all. This is the second time this has happened to me. I now have to sit here another hour and a half for my appointment. This place has gone down hill since optim took it over. I’ve been passed around like a puppy dog doctor to doctor and still no relief in my knee. Highly dissatisfied.
