Jay Coates and Brandon Brown are liars and crooks! They are the most unprofessional agents I've ever had to work with. I was on the buying side and they were rude to my agent, lied constantly about the house and repairs. Failed to do anything that was ON THE CONTRACT!!! We were to close in May and they made excuse after excuse. We just now closed in October!!! Pitiful. BEWARE OF THESE TWO. Brandon claims he's a general contractor.
