I am so happy to have found Dr Christensen after 10+ years of seeing several other doctors with no success. During my first visit, he was so easy to talk to and made me feel like he was genuinely interested in solving my problem. After all of the years of not finding the real cause of my pain and taking prescription pills instead for severe nerve pain in my foot, I’m so happy to say that I’m 100% pain free and off the medication. I can’t thank Dr Christensen enough for fixing me!!
I have had foot problems for most of my adult life. From ingrown toenails for most of my childhood to pretty darn painful bunions on both feet. That being said, I can't stand anyone touching my feet. I literally Googled, "Who's the best foot Dr in the Fox Valley." Dr. Christensen at North Shore Foot and Ankle came up, I knew if I didn't call immediately to set an appointment up, I'd blow it off again. Called this office a week ago with a medical concern. The woman I spoke with was very nice and provided useful advice to seek urgent care. After seeking urgent care, it occurred to me that we never did make an appointment. I called again just now, around 9:25am on 07/21, and spoke to a different woman. It's hard to imagine I was even calling the same office. Very happy with visit from check in to leaving. After seeing another local doctor I wanted a second opinion They listened to problem & then explained options along with giving me the choice. Very thorough & patient when I was asking questions. Will DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone with feet pain.
Very pleased with the service and personnel. Have already recommended North Shore to family.
