I wanted to update my review as I don't believe my original review was fair to the employees of this office. I believe that the real problem is the way State Farm operates as a whole. The staff is friendly and they will do what they can to help you. I do not like State Farm at all. I believe they are shady and corrupted, but I am a fan of the level of service this office strives to provide.

4 months into my claim and they are no help. My car is still damaged from being rear ended by someone, and outside of charging me more, literally every month (no payment plan was provided detailing why this is happening) they have refused to demonstrate any competency whatsoever. This is an insurance agent/company that will not insure your vehicle. They will however take around what I am being quoted as around $110 per month more than anyone else. 29y/o driver with a clean record.

I have been an insured with Jay Cashmore's office since 1990. They have always been professional and helpful, and affordable. They hold my homeowner's and auto policies. The office staff has always spent time with me to help me understand the policy.
